1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Damaged or defective product received

• Incorrect item delivered

• Product not as described

To be eligible, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation

• Items without original packaging or accessories

• Products used or installed

• Customized or special-order items

3. How to Request a Refund

Please provide:

• Order ID

• Reason for the refund

• Clear photos of the product (if damaged)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for product pickup or ask you to return it to our warehouse.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return/refund process.

6. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item), shipping charges will be fully refunded.

• In other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
