• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at no charge if the order has not been dispatched yet.

• After Dispatch: Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can follow our Return Policy to initiate a return after delivery.

3. Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If you cancel the order before dispatch: You will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• If we cancel the order: You will also receive a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed, as they are made specifically to your requirements.

• If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation request will not be accepted. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered.
